Introduction

Power drive adopts the principle of delta wing of air craft and it installed at air intake side. Power drive leads perfect combustion by generating vortexes to intake air

This product is easy to fit and maintenance free.

Principle

Engine can produce highest power and lowest emission and fuel consumption only under perfect combustion stage.the older the car, the more likely to have incomplete combustion and knocking. Power drive leads perfect combustion by generating vortexes into intake air

Power drive adopts the principle of delta wing of air craft. The delta wing make a pair of conical vortexes at the surface of upper area at certain inclination. These vortexes are stable and have high speed flow. it reduce the pressure of upper area and produce a lift which can lift the air craft. The supersonic aircraft Concorde can fly with this lift. Power drive is consist of a pair of delta wings. So it can produce total 4 vortex

Test

Test vehicle : Hyundai Scoupe (1995) ,Alpha engine (this result can varies vehicle & engine)

HC and CO are reduced and increase CO2 at better combustion.The following table shows Cause & effect of exhaust gas

On Fitting

Gasoline & Diesel(Non turbo-charged)

1. Open the bonnet(engine hood), remove the engine cover if installed

2. Remove air filter housing cover, loosen the holder ring (or clamp) of throttle body connector hose with suitable tools( e.g screwdriver)

3. Disconnect the hose and fit Powerdrive into the hose. Make sure that the axis of throttle valve is parallel to delta wing support.
4. Connect the hose to valve body again and tighten the holder securely, install air filter housing cover. Be careful not to damage the Powerdrive when inserting hose.

Diesel turbo-charred

1. Open the bonnet (engine hood), remove the engine cover if installed. Powerdrive is fitted at air filter cover area.
2. Remove air filter housing cover, loosen the holder ring (or clamp) of throttle body connector hose with suitable tools( e.g screwdriver).
3. Disconnect the hose and fit Powerdrive into the Air filter box cover.
4. Connect the hose to air filter box cover again and tighten the holder securely, tighten(or close) air filter housing cover properly . Be careful not to damage the Powerdrive by inserting hose.
